so you have 1/150 gr / ml atropine dosage. First point you do is covert 1/150 gr to decimal --> .0066667 gr / ml atropine. Convert it further to mg cause that's what you want ..you get hold of ---> 6.6667 mg/ml
This is your conversion factor.
Now you have .2mg x ml/6.66667mg = .03ml (mg's terminate out.)
