Are all the components at rest contained by the ECG (p wave, ST segment, T thrash etc.) supposed to be greater than the components after exercise cuz your heart rate increases? what does it mean if one component is lower at rest after after exercise?
Depends on which component, but in standard no. What you look for is gross abnormality. For example, if your t-wave is peaked after strenuous excercise but not before, consequently you could be low on some electrolytes. The difference in size doesn't own as much to do with excercise as next to individual people as ably. If you did your ECG at rest on Tuesday and did it again at rest on Wednesday, then you may see similar change as you do when you do rest then excercise. Other than heart rate obviously. Look for obvious change between the two. If something is wrong it should jump out at you. You shouldn't hold to look for it.
