Ehlers Danlos syndrome....an example od human involution?

So far, 6 varieties of the syndrome enjoy been described, however, as a disease of the elatic and collagenous tissue, does it anticipate that humans are going genetically, and evolutionally "backwards"?
There is no description of such disease in animals..
I guess I can see the sense of your quiz.....I do agree that no equivalent has be found in animals..
However, Ehler Danlos syndrome, for some pretext has be increasing in frequency, so much so, that contained by some patients the only manifestation found, are in the cardiac valve (mainly aorctic).-....with aorctic regurgitation, cardiac insuficiency, and the lot...
I would not dear to state that we are dealing near human "involution". however I see your point...
No not an example of involution of any kind, but fairly a disease that has increased incidence....
Cheers
that depends, it could confer some advantages that we do not however know about. can't come up with what though
