EMERGENCY! I own eczema and I requirement medial counsel so I'm here cuz I hold no $ (please backing!)?

Hi guys, yes, I have done the initial internet research so don't stir telling me ISH unless I don't know it already. No, I'm sorry, thats merely a half ploy...My problem: My ears are tearing underneath where on earth they're supposed to connect to my head at the bottom and it is because I hold eczema. I've done enough research to digit out what I think the doctor can perscribe me minus seeing a derm (which I can't so don't say "see a derm", are you fronting me the $?) but I requirement to know any other medications you guys reccomend AND if my ears will switch on to heal underneath near the medication (and re-connect back to my head) or will I hold to use some type of cell regenerating moisturizer or something along those lines (whatever that funds!?)?
Peace, Thank you in finance, because I really need this back!
P.S.
**** and I just found out both Elidel and Protopic are issued by the FDA to hold a "black label" warning. It cause skin cancer, ****!
Please do not tell me to use vaseline
Have you tried anti-histamines? I have pretty bad eczema and a combination of anti-histamines and vitamin E seem to have done the trick. Of course, whether this works will depend on whether your eczema is allergy driven. Also, Elidel is no longer black down.
I am not a doctor and this is NOT medical advice. It is simply my own experience.
