Electrical examine (Please answer)?

I have a difibullator that be surgerically implanted into my chest that has a pacemaker also so i motitors my heartbeat incase it get to low. It shocked me last hours of darkness when it didnt need to so i go to the doctor and he said that i shocked me with 30 joules. How abundant volts is that?
Defibrillators use different voltages depending on the type of arrhythmia they are trying to stop. I am not sure what kind you enjoy, because they usually only shock when your heartbeat get too _fast_ not to slow. The is typically what happens contained by atrial fibrillation, the most common justification for using this type of device. This type of shock usually only take 60-120 volts.
On the other hand, if you enjoy certain types of heart block or ventricular tachycardia (both of which are special in comparison), the voltage required would be surrounded by the 120-300 volt range.
Joules = volts * amps
You'd hold to know how many amps your AICD puts out to know the voltage. The manufacturer's net site (or maybe the card they give you) should have that information.
The first social group delivered give or take a few 800 volts, but they have come down on that since afterwards.
